Photography has always fascinated me. I got my first camera (a $14 Vivitar P/S in high school. By the time I graduated, I was working in the darkroom, developing 35mm negatives and making prints (all from that cheapie Vivitar).

I was hooked.

College brought on leaner times, and it wasn’t until just a few years ago that I got a “real” camera. My technique is not perfect yet, but it’s improving with every shoot.
If there is one thing you take away from this site, know that you’re dealing with a person who is genuinely passionate about photography. Not just portraits and landscapes, but everything. I am driven to make great images, driven to improve.
